- Enable students to demonstrate good citizenship and respect for one another and ensure that all students and staff have a safe, nurturing, substance-free environment in which to work and learn.
- Involve family and community members in planning and implementing programs to assist students in reaching their full potential.
Cultural Diversity
We live in a pluralistic society, rich in cultural diversity. It is our policy at South Dover Elementary School to encourage students’ understanding of, and respect for cultural differences. All school programs and displays will reflect the spirit of this policy.
School Colors and School Mascot
The South Dover colors are blue and white. As part of the Capital School District, we are the Senators. We encourage our students to identify with these symbols as a representation of our school pride and spirit.
